Mo Abudu Named Among 25 Most Powerful Women in Global TV


The influential Hollywood Reporter called Africa's answer to Oprah Winfrey. And named Mosunmola Abudu among Hollywood Reporter's MIPCOM's 25 Most Powerful Women in Global TV.


Popularly known as Mo Abudu of the Moments With Mo fame, Africa's first syndicated talk show she started in 2006; featuring guests from various social spheres, including the famous former U.S Secretary of State, Senator Hillary Clinton, fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg and IMF boss Christine Lagarde. Moments With Mo is broadcast across 48 African countries. And this summer Ms Abudu launched her groundbreaking EbonyLife TV, Africa’s first Global Black Multi-Broadcast Entertainment Network, a subsidiary of Media and Entertainment City Africa (MEC Africa) located in the serene surroundings of Tinapa, Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria.
