Sola Sobowale as Mrs. Tinuade Coker (Mother of the Bride) celebrating in "The Wedding Party", the 2016 Nigerian romantic comedy drama film, directed by Kemi Adetiba.


The movie premiered on September 8, 2016 at Toronto International Film Festival in Canada and in Nigeria on November 26, 2016 at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos city.
"The Wedding Party" is confirmed the highest grossing Nollywood movie since "Living in Bondage" of 1992. It grossed over US$1m from cinemas in Nigeria within three months.
